• HomeSure Premium putty contains only eco-friendly raw material and polymers and is harmless to ecology as well as the user.
• HomeSure Premium putty contains finest quality minerals white cement and polymers in correct proportions.
• It also contains special polymers to give it a high water resistance and efflorescence prevention product.
• As efflorescence is caused by various reasons and in various degrees, although this product resists efflorescence, it may not be able to guarantee total eradication of efflorescence.
• The surface should be moist during application process.
• This ensure higher bonding, strength, easy workability and higher coverage within the surface.
• Moisten the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water For loose plaster areas, remove the defective material and re-plaster the area with Buildwell Ready-Mix plaster or Buildwell Gyp+ (Gypsum Plaster).
• Incase cracks in base plaster, fill the cracks by using Buiildwell Crack Filler.
• Re-mix the paste again for about 2 minutes till you form a uniform smooth paste prior application.
• It is always recommended to only prepare a quantity which can be used within 2-3 hours of mixing with water.
• Dampen the wall surface to be plastered with potable water.
• Level and smoothen the surface and cure the first coat lightly after its dried and set completely.
• The thickness of each coat should not exceed 1 mm and total plaster thickness should not exceed more than 3 mm.
• Recommended to use “ HomeSure Primabond” primer for better and smooth paint finish.

As it is white, it can be treated as a base coat for painting.

• Smoother with a steel trowel, Sand paper if so desired with 600 no. of sand paper.

Mixing

• Take 10-12 liters of clean water per 40 kg bag in a clean bucket. Add the required quantity of PIASTO PREMIUM. Adjust the water to the amount of Piano Premium used at a time, Add further water if required.
• Stir continuously by using an electric mixer or by hand to obtain a homogenous lump-free paste.
• Allow the resultant paste to stand for about 10 minutes for the additives to dissolve.
• Re-mix again for about 2 minutes. The mixture is now ready.
• Use the mix within 60 minutes.

 

Applications

 

• Dampen the surface to be plastered with clean water. Allow excess water to drain off.
• Using a steel trowel blade, apply the above mix to a thickness of 1mm. Level and smoothen the surface.
• Wet Sponge the coat gently after it dries.
• Apply the second coat after the first coat has fully dried and set. Wet sponge the final coat gently after It dries.
• The thickness of each coat should not exceed 1.5mm.
• Smoothen with a steel trowel, sand paper if so desired, with 600no. sand paper.
• After the final coat has dried and set, wipe it WO a wet sponge.

• The edges of the cracks / joints should be neat and free from puddle of water.
• Dampen the opened crack with clean water and allow excess water to drain off
• Fill HomeSure Crack Filler when the surface is a bit moisten and not dried completely.
• Press Crack Filler paste into the cracks with the help of putty blade or spatula.
• Level the surface with a putty blade to get smooth and clean surface.
• Paste to be applied on static cracks only up to 4 mm in internal and external plastered surface.

• Allow the resultant paste to stand for about 10 minutes for the additives to dissolve.
• Re-mix again for about 2 minutes, The mixture paste is now ready to apply.
• Use the mix within 30 minutes.

Surface Preparation

• Clean loose particles, dirt, grease and traces of foreign material from the surface, if necessary by using sand paper or by chipping.
• For loose plaster areas, remove the defective material and re-plaster the area with EASYPLAST READY-MIX PLASTER.
• For ceiling / wall, which is not even, re-plaster it with EASYPLAST READY-MIX PLASTER or Walplast GYPSUM Plaster to make them even.
• Fill up any cracks in base plaster by using WALPLAST CRACK FILLER.

• WALPLAST WALL PUTTY is available in 1 kg, 5 kg, 20 kg, 30 kg and 40 kg bag. WALPLAST WALL PUTTY has a shelf life of 6 months if stored in a cool and dry location.
